Grievance Resolution Process Review
Grievances inevitably arise, be it covenant enforcement, damage claims, or other types of disputes. Often, such disputes necessitate legal action. Indiana law imposes a dispute resolution procedure which must be followed before legal proceedings can be brought. Boards and managers must be aware of this process to avoid compromising the association’s rights. This seminar will outline the required procedures and provide a roadmap for dealing with association-related grievances. While the seminar will focus on covenant enforcement, the discussion will apply to most types of HOA disputes.

If you do not pre-register and receive a confirmation notice, you will be turned away at the door.
