Matt Shergalis is the Principal and founder of Village Reserve, an organization that specializes in working with homeowner associations on their reserve planning needs. Matt is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer and Reserve Specialist with extensive experience analyzing neighborhood capital maintenance and improvement plans. He brings a hands-on approach and personal understanding to the intricacies of ensuring associations adequately fund capital projects. Before starting Village Reserve, Matt served for 6 years as a Board member in the Village of Westclay, where he helped lead the capital maintenance of $25 million in neighborhood assets. This includes overseeing $3 million in annual assessments and capital programs well in excess of six figures peryear. Matt holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Trine University and a Master of Business Administration from Butler University.
