As of January 1, 2024, the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) became effective which has introduced new reporting requirements, and community associations need to be prepared!
Do you know about the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA)?
The CTA, enacted in 2021, has introduced new reporting requirements, forcing many community association officers and directors to register with the Department of Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network. Join in to learn who must register, whether certain associations are exempt from compliance, and the information that must be provided. Presenters also will discuss the consequences for those who fail to or refuse to register.

6:30-8:30pm
The webcast format will consist of a live presentation of approximately 90 minutes followed by a live, interactive Q&A session with the attendees of approximately 30 minutes. Attendees will have audio capability to ask their own questions but will not appear via video/webcam, so feel free to "attend" how you are most comfortable.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
No refunds made on cancellations made after 12 Noon March 13, 2024. No-show registrants will be charged full-price for their registration fee. There is a 3.5% processing fee on credit card payments over $200.
